Principal of the Holland Group
Dr. Stacy Holland is a passionate educational advocate, who has held several positions in the education and non-profit sector, specializing in youth workforce development and building career pathway systems for disconnected youth. She is the principal of The Holland Group, a boutique consulting firm working with educational and philanthropic organizations to design innovative learning solutions for children, youth and young adults. Most recently, Stacy served as the Executive Director of The Lenfest Foundation, where she managed a $100 million endowment and designed a career pathway strategy for the Foundation. Stacy also served as Chief of Strategic Partnerships for the School District of Philadelphia where she built the Office of Strategic Partnerships which is responsible for organizing the ecosystem of partnerships for over 200 schools and led the district’s fundraising initiatives. Before this, Stacy served as President & CEO of the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN), a nonprofit she co-founded in 1999, which promotes positive post-secondary and economic outcomes.
Stacy holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from The College of New Jersey, master’s degree in higher education from Teachers College Columbia University and a doctorate in workplace learning and development from the University of Pennsylvania. Stacy contributes the community by serving on the following non-profit and philanthropic boards: The Barra Foundation, The Stoneleigh Foundation, The Fund for the School District of Philadelphia, Lions Story, and Rancocas Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
