Level Up for Success! IEL to Host National Community Schools & Family Engagement Conference Kickoff Event in Atlanta with Community Partners

Atlanta, GA – The Institute for Educational Leadership is excited to host the Kickoff Event for the 2024 National Community Schools & Family Engagement Conference this week on October 13th in Atlanta.

The 2024 National Community Schools & Family Engagement Conference (CSxFE), scheduled for May 29 – 31, 2024, in Atlanta is set to host 5,000 participants from every state. CSxFE is the nation’s largest conference focused on Community Schools and Family Engagement strategies, and is designed to catalyze collaboration and action through Community School & Family Engagement professionals and advocates with a renewed commitment towards this year’s theme…Level Up for Success!

In partnership with our local planning committee and community partners, the kickoff event and Launch Lunch this week will highlight the following:

  • Agenda At-A-Glance: Partners and the local Atlanta planning committee will receive a preview of the conference agenda, offering a glimpse into the exciting events and sessions planned for the 2024 conference.
  • Showcasing Local Work: Participants will learn how they can showcase their best work, contributing to a rich learning experience for attendees and furthering the mission of Community Schools and Family Engagement.
  • Volunteer Sign-Up: Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up to volunteer and actively engage in the conference, contributing to the success of this prestigious event.
  • Promoting Atlanta Experience: Attendees will explore ways to let the world know about the unique Atlanta experience and the vibrant community it offers.

People from across the globe who believe all children deserve a safe place to live and opportunities to learn and thrive will come together to discuss practices, partnerships, policies and provisions that transform systems that achieve and sustain results. The conference will also showcase how Georgia has made Family Engagement foundational to its education system and has adopted a localized whole-child approach through Community Schools. 

This conference is expected to bring an economic impact of $4 million to the city of Atlanta in May.
