Youth Service Professionals Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (YSPs/KSAs) Initiative

The YSP/KSAs are the key competencies that adults need to work directly with youth, including youth with disabilities. Interactive YSP/KSA training sessions equip staff to support transition-age youth (ages 14–26) to reach their educational, employment, and independent living goals. 


Youth Workforce Leaders Academy

The Youth Workforce Leaders Academy is a 10-month professional development opportunity for emerging leaders in workforce development to build skills, network with peers, and gather local and national resources to improve their work with youth, management skills, and the impact of their organization.


Early Childhood Education Collaborative

The Leadership Institutes provide opportunities for co-learning about effective strategies for crossing boundaries and creating strong linkages with families, early childhood programs, community schools, libraries, public health services and other community resources.
