Youth Service Professionals Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (YSP/KSA) Initiative

Part of the IEL-led National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth, this intiative identifies 10 competencies needed by professionals who work with youth transitioning to the worlds of work and adult life. It provides tools, materials, and trainings to build staff skills and system capacity.


Youth Workforce Leaders Academy

The Youth Workforce Leaders Academy is a 10-month professional development opportunity for emerging leaders in workforce development to build skills, network with peers, and gather local and national resources to improve their work with youth, management skills, and the impact of their organization.


Early Childhood Education Collaborative

The Leadership Institutes provide opportunities for co-learning about effective strategies for crossing boundaries and creating strong linkages with families, early childhood programs, community schools, libraries, public health services and other community resources.
