Christa Rowland has been so helpful over the past 2 months since I became the Community School Director for United Way of Northern Utah. Her insight and expertise on the intricacies of managing relationships in school districts, United Way organizations, community partner organizations have been stellar! She knows and anticipates the potential log jams and helps plan for and work through.
Christa is a gentle leader with a calm presence and genuine compassion for the work. She is prepared, professional and a joy to work with. We wouldn’t have made quite the headway without her as the local lead agencies for Community Schools in my area work together to create our ideal state of Community Schools.
