Te’Ara Arman

As an award winning educator, wife, and mother, Te’Ara Arman brings a unique blend of compassion, expertise, and real-world experience to education. Growing up on the north side of St. Louis, Mo, Te’Ara spent a lot of time at Herbert Hoover Boys & Girls Club where she learned how to guide herself and others to be a success in organization and strategic planning, creating, developing and implementing empowerment strategies and workshops. With a background spanning over 15 years, Te’Ara has served in various roles including mentor, family engagement specialist, SSD paraprofessional, youth development specialist, adjunct instructor, executive director, and so much more. In Family Engagement, Te’Ara is passionate about fostering a love for learning and empowering parents to excel both academically and personally. She believes in the importance of family involvement in education and strives to create a collaborative learning environment where students, parents, and educators work together to support student success.

Te’Ara also brings valuable experience from her time in the classroom, where she contributed to the positive development of young people through various programs and initiatives. Outside of education, Te’Ara cherishes time spent with her Husband of nine years, Kevin and seven-year-old son Kevin II. Committed to lifelong learning and growth, Te’Ara continues to seek new opportunities to make a positive impact in the lives of students and families.
