Gregory is the Chief of Staff and External Affairs for the Colorado Schools Fund (CSF). In this role, Gregory partners closely with the CEO to translate vision into action, leading statewide education policy and partnerships while supporting schools, stakeholders, and organizational performance and growth across Colorado.
Prior to joining CSF at the end of 2025, Gregory was the Vice President of Partnerships for Murmuration for six years, where he was responsible for developing Murmuration’s partnership vision and strategy and ensuring that Murmuration had a strong, well-supported, and engaged national campaign and network partner portfolio. Before joining Murmuration, Gregory served as the Chief External Affairs Officer at STRIVE Prep in Denver (now Rocky Mountain Prep) and spent five years with Denver Public Schools, leading the Public Affairs Team under Superintendent Tom Boasberg, which housed the district’s lobbying and government relations strategy and regional community engagement.
Gregory is a founding board member of the Colorado League of Charter Schools c4: CLCS Action, National Board President for School Board Partners, National Board Officer of the Institute for Educational Leadership, and a founding board member for the Give for the Future Fund. Gregory and his wife, Rebecca, have two amazing school-aged children.
