Jessica Hayes has over a decade of varied experience as a social worker, providing direct services for community members including therapy and assessment as well as facilitating interactive trainings and workshops focused on promoting trauma-informed practices in schools across New York City’s five boroughs. In addition to community work, Jessica is skilled in enhancing client experiences through research and visual design. She has conducted research using methods such as qualitative interviews and surveys, applying data-driven insights to inform project outcomes.
