
A creative thinker, endless motivator and activator, Angela S. Okuda (Angie O.) has experienced success improving outcomes for kids, achievement for students, business processes for organizations, and training/coaching leaders. As Waterford’s Senior Director of Strategic Community Engagement, she is responsible for identifying and securing sustainable partnerships. Throwing her heart and soul into each venture, including barista, tour guide, company mascot (at 2 different companies and, yes, costumes were involved), international ambassador and system’s change leader, she has acquired expertise in collective impact (StriveTogether), continuous improvement (YMCA), collaborative action (StrivePartnership) and results based facilitation (Annie E. Casey). Angie holds a Bachelor of Science from Bradley University, is a graduate from the Intermediate Improvement Science Series (I2S2) at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and sits on the Board of Community Happens Here.
