Decades of evidence point to a consistent set of conditions that drive results—strong family and community engagement, integrated student supports, cross-sector collaboration, and coordinated efforts to identify and mitigate systemic barriers. What remains underdeveloped is the human infrastructure required to organize, sustain, and drive this work across systems. Through IEL’s National Action Commission, this session will showcase a roadmap to community alignment leadership. The session will feature philanthropic, national nonprofit perspectives, and spotlight bold superintendent leadership.
