Gwen's work and life purpose is to be an agent of transformation at a personal, organizational, and social level by creating experiences and platforms that create equal opportunity and access for marginalized people. One that is more connected and human. She has a passion for social innovation, entrepreneurship, art, and designing inclusive, accessible community spaces and ecosystems of support for leaders, innovators, and artists on a similar mission.
Gwen brings over fifteen years of strategy consulting and implementation experience to IEL as well as experience as an entrepreneur with photography and film. Her work ranges from brand and human capital strategy to organizational design, culture building, and program evaluation. While she has mostly worked with small businesses and start-ups, she's also led large scale cross-sector collaboration engaging leaders in the private and public sectors. She holds degrees in Business and International Affairs, with minors in Entrepreneurship and Women's Studies.
